Remodels: A remodel goes deeper than a renovation and it’s a good solution to poor home design. Remodels are usually about expanding an area within your home, relocating a room, or altering the structure by changing the shape of its original configuration. It requires a larger demolition, the moving of walls, and typically plumbing. It essentially changes the entire functionality of the area in your house. Home Key Contracting’s Remodeling Services start with upfront planning because it can involve significant construction of the space within your home. One of the most important parts of a home remodel is the initial preparation that leads to a successful completion. We will get to know your ideas and needs to come up with a design concept that fits your requirements. Home Key Contracting will take measurements and pictures of the room to be remodeled to create a proper plan and will pull any applicable permits for the job scope.
